Greg King

Greg King serves as vice president of enrollment management at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, having joined the college on December 8, 2025. He serves on President Robert A. Coons’ administrative Cabinet and provides strategic leadership for student recruitment, financial aid, and enrollment strategy.

King brings more than 17 years of senior enrollment leadership experience in both private and public higher education. He previously served as a principal consultant for Higher Ed Enrollment Solutions, where he provided interim enrollment leadership and strategic guidance to colleges and universities nationwide. In that role, partner institutions consistently met or exceeded new-student enrollment goals, reflecting King’s strengths in data-informed decision-making, strategic communication, and enrollment process optimization.

Prior to his consulting work, King served as dean of admissions at Illinois Wesleyan University, where he led the institution to its first total enrollment increase in more than a decade. During his tenure, he developed a comprehensive ambassador program that connected faculty, alumni, students, and community partners with prospective families, and collaborated on initiatives that strengthened financial aid strategies and expanded local student access.

King has also held senior enrollment leadership roles at Concord University, Glenville State University, and King University. Across these institutions, he has been recognized for delivering measurable enrollment growth, strengthening institutional processes, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. He is known for his mentorship of emerging leaders and his ability to engage stakeholders across campus around shared enrollment and access goals.

King holds a master’s degree in higher education leadership from Marshall University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and economics from King University.
