Movie and Musical Legends, Fan-Favorite Performances Planned for 2025-26 Performing Arts Series

2025-2026 Hatfield Hall Performing Arts Series.

The 2025-26 Performing Arts Series in the Hatfield Hall Theater includes engaging, crowd-pleasing performances from dancing artistry and comedic hilarity to musical storytelling. Tickets for all shows are available beginning August 1.

The 2025–26 Performing Arts Series at Hatfield Hall promises another unforgettable season filled with music legends, comedy favorites, breathtaking ballet, imaginative dance, and high-energy spectacle. From Emmy-nominated musicians and iconic rock bands to urban circus acts and beloved film stars, this year’s lineup offers something for every audience.

Ben Folds and a Piano
September 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Ben Folds, an Emmy-nominated singer-songwriter-composer and genre-bending pianist regarded as one of the major music influencers of the current era, performs with special guest Lindsey Kraft. $1 of every ticket sale goes to Keys for Kids, Folds’ initiative to provide funds and keyboards to nonprofits offering affordable piano lessons to children from economically disadvantaged households. This concert is made possible by the Professor Al Schmidt Concert Series Fund.

Kathleen Madigan: The Day Drinking Tour
September 12 – 7:30 p.m.

Comedian Kathleen Madigan’s comedy career spans 33 years, sells out marquee theaters across the country, and includes seven stand-up specials and over 40 appearances on daytime and late-night talk shows. She also has appeared on Jerry Seinfeld’s popular Netflix series, “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” and hosts her popular weekly podcast, "Madigan’s Pubcast."

The Princess Bride: An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes
October 17 – 7:30 p.m.

After a screening of the classic film "The Princess Bride," star Cary Elwes – who played the role of Westley – will reveal never before shared secrets and tales of inconceivable antics behind the makings of this piece of cinematic history.

The State Ballet Theatre of Ukraine: The Nutcracker
November 6 – 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tchaikovsky’s timeless score and a company of over 55 acclaimed dancers bring this beloved holiday tale of a young girl’s journey through a fantasy world of fairies, princes, and an army of mice to life.

Preservation Hall Jazz Band: Creole Christmas
December 13 – 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate the season with this festive and soulful holiday concert from the legendary Preservation Hall Jazz Band, featuring New Orleans classics as well as beloved holiday selections with a twist.

Kansas
February 13 – 7:30 p.m.

With a legendary career spanning five decades, Kansas has firmly established itself as one of America's iconic classic rock bands. This "garage band" from Topeka has produced sixteen studio albums and five live albums, as well as hit singles “Carry on Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind.”

MOMIX: Alice
March 8 – 7:30 p.m.

The whimsical world of "Alice in Wonderland" comes to life through illusion, acrobatics, and stunning visual artistry in MOMIX’s newest dance creation from artistic director Moses Pendleton. As Alice’s body grows and shrinks and grows again, Pendleton’s dancers extend themselves by means of props, ropes, and other dancers.

360 All Stars
May 1 – 7:30 p.m.

360 All Stars is a spectacular fusion of the extraordinary artistry that emerges from street culture, a non-stop energy-packed urban circus complete with dancing, beatboxing, acrobatics, BMX biking, and more.
