Come join Brady "Cole" for some fun moderate level intensity exercises. The goal of this class is to get your heart rate in the Fat Burning Zone for 30+ minutes. Aerobic based exercises such as walking Rose-Hulman's hills, weighted vest walks, incline walks, AMRAP's and more!
